网络诈骗年产值超千亿成中国第三大黑色产业

昨天，武汉晚报记者从猎平台获悉，基于对民举报的近9万起络诈骗案件的追踪研究，该平台发现络诈骗已形成了一条完整的、分工明确的地下黑产业链，可划分多达15个工种。

　　猎平台是由北京市公安局络安全保卫总队（下称北京安）与360互联安全中心联合发起成立的中国第一个络诈骗全民举报平台。该平台发布的首个《现代络诈骗产业链分析报告》（下称报告）显示，今年1-9月，共接到全国民举报络诈骗案件20086起，涉案金额高达8901万元，人均损失4431元。初步统计，络诈骗白癜风治疗方法产业的从业人数至少有160万人，年产值超过1100亿元。

　　猎平台反络诈骗专家裴智勇介绍，猎平台基于对过去3年间民举报的89484起络诈骗案件追踪挖掘发现，即便是手法最简单的络诈骗，也至少需要10个人的犯罪团伙。从开发制作、批发零售到诈骗实施、分赃销赃，络诈骗可划分出多达钓鱼编辑、木马开发、白癜风治疗方法盗库黑客、诈骗经理、短信群发商、在线推广技师、财务会计师等15个不同工种，他们分工明确、协同作案，形成了完整的络诈骗地下产业链。

　　年产值至少1152亿元

　　今年前9个月，360手机卫士共为全国用户识别和拦截诈骗29.3亿次，平均每天识别和拦截诈骗1601万次。若按照每个诈骗经理平均白癜风的发病原因每天可拨打100个诈骗计算，拨打1601万次诈骗至少要有16万名诈骗经理。裴智勇分析称，按每个诈骗经理对应10个产业链从业人员计算，16万名诈骗经理的背后就有160万名络诈骗从业者。以人均月收入6000元推算，160万从业者的年产值至少为1152亿元。
